What is FitClub?

FitClub is killer kickboxing and functional fitness combined. Think of “Cross-training” without Olympic lifting or injuries and add in boxing, kickboxing and MMA drills. Our classes are co-ed and all ages. It’s a raging good workout, with circuits and interval training. We are always mixing it up while still reinforcing the basics and good form. Find out how good it feels to hit the bags. Get fit and let out your frustrations!

Challenge yourself or start anew.

We adapt exercises to suit your abilities and fitness needs. Come as you are, we’ll get you back in shape or refine your fitness level. Our classes reduce your risk of injury by increasing strength, balance and stability. Either way, you’ll enjoy safe, fun and functional training that will burn calories, build muscle, enhance other sports performance and make you feel totally bad-ass!  

Functional Fitness

The whole FitClub package equals Functional Fitness: core strength, stability, and balance to provide students with fitness that serves them as they age unlike other systems that actually cause injury & aging to its participants.

Kickboxing

Our instructors have been training in real kickboxing for over 45 years combined. In our classes you’ll learn proper technique and form vs. gym-style kickboxing classes.

TRX & Bodyweight

The cardio & coordination in our kickboxing circuits are balanced with healthy bodyweight strength building circuits using TRX, plyometrics and calisthenics. Both of our instructors are trained in TRX.
