Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial arts discipline that is derived from the fundamentals of Kodokan Judo ground fighting as adapted by Carlos and Helio Gracie from Brazil. The art emphasizes bringing an opponent to the ground and then employing joint lock & choke techniques to subdue the opponent.
Freestyle Mixed Martial Arts takes the progressive techniques of mixed martial arts (MMA) and unites them with the traditions and principles of the past. Freestyle is a blend of Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, traditional boxing, wrestling, Judo and street self-defense.
Mobility & Martial Arts classes include kickboxing in the air, self Defense skills & drills to build mobility, stability & longevity.

It’s intense, it’s realistic, it works and teens love it. However, we not a fighter’s gym. We are a dojo (a place where one learns ‘the way’). We have a standard for our teens: Competence (skills), Character (who they are) and Contribution (what they do). We aim to develop the whole human, not just their physical ability.

Little Dragons is a “Pre-Karate” class. The curriculum focuses on self-control, focus, listening & following directions as well as gross motor skills. Children practice polite greetings, making eye contact and working cooperatively with partners. Fitness is fun with exciting exercises to build their coordination, core strength, muscle tone & balance.
Beginner Kids learn their basics in boxing, Muay Thai kicks, take downs, elemental grappling and our Bully Defense Program. Additionally these kids build strength, stabilty and conditioning through super fun games and drills during warm up.

Community
We provide a safe and supportive environment in which to train. We are not a ‘fighter’s gym’. The tradition of structured classes, uniforms and etiquette are an elemental part of our community.
